Ordering
Everyone here at our Batavia NY, workshop wants to make sure your experience purchasing Northeast Mantles custom made furniture is as pleasant and satisfying as possible. Our dedicated and knowledgeable folks in Customer Service will gladly answer any questions you have. When you place an order, they will send you a written confirmation to ensure we have all the information correct.
Delivery
And Payment
We build furniture on a customer
request basis and require a 50% deposit to initiate
your order. The balance is due prior to shipment. Most
orders take 12-14 weeks to build.
When your order is
near completion we will call you to arrange a delivery
time. Most of our furniture is delivered by us, Northeast
Mantles. Your custom made furniture will be carefully
blanket wrapped for shipment and delivery. When your furniture
arrives it will be unpacked and positioned in any room
you choose, and the packing materials will be removed.
Can't
Find It?
If you don't find something you
are looking for or if your needs vary from what you've
seen, we encourage you to call. It isn't possible to
completely explain what's offered, we will do our best
to find what it is to satisfy you. We offer styles of
Stickley, Thos. Moser and Ethan Allen that are so close,
you won't be able to tell the difference.
Upholstery
We offer a selection of designer
upholstery patterns for you to choose from and will
gladly arrange to send you swatches. You may also choose
to supply a fabric or leather of your own. We require
a swatch of your fabric to confirm it can successfully
be applied.
Bed
Sizes
Most of our beds can
be purchased in a range of sizes: California King, King,
Queen, Full and Twin. For more information or to check
mattress sizes, please call our Customer Service specialist.
Repairs
Our guarantee covers
repairs due to workmanship or materials defects for
purchases made after 1993. If you live in the Northeast
and would like us to repair furniture that has been
accidentally damaged, we can estimate the cost and schedule
a repair time.
Maintenance
One of our qualified
craftsmen will show you how to maintain your furniture
at delivery. If you have any further questions you can
call and ask our customer service.

Tours
We would be delighted
to give you a tour of the shop if your travels bring
you to East Pembroke, NY. Call ahead to arrange a
time and to get directions.
